Côte d'Ivoire is the largest francophone West African market, with Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money and Wave in daily use. IdentifyOrg offers Abidjan teams SMS verification, document, liveness and face checks, priced in CFA francs.
Since 2021 Ivorian numbers have ten digits and the leading 0 is part of the number: 07 12 34 56 78 locally and +2250712345678 internationally. Unlike most countries, we keep that 0 when we add +225. Pass country CI with local-format numbers.
The national ID is issued by ONECI. A direct lookup is on our roadmap. Personal data is governed by Law 2013-450 and regulated by the ARTCI.
BVN verification, NIN verification, Driver's licence (FRSC), Bank account name check, BVN to account match, CAC business registry check, Credit bureau score, Bills (airtime, data, electricity, TV), Business payment gateway (collections) depend on Nigerian records and are available for Nigeria only.
