A map lookup in Nigeria is often accurate only to the street. The result says how precisely the address was placed, and a looser circle is used when it is only street level.
A phone's location can be spoofed, which is why the score also uses the map and a document. Use all three signals for high-value decisions.
No. The image is read, the match scores are kept, and the image is discarded.
