If you sell on credit, onboard resellers or hire remotely, you need to know who you are dealing with, and you should not need a developer to find out. Pick the checks, send each person a link on WhatsApp, and see the results in your dashboard.
A setup wizard walks you through it. There is no code and no integration.
A retailer who sells stock on credit asks each applicant for three things: their NIN (to confirm the number exists and the name matches), a selfie matched to the photo on their ID card, and a liveness test (to show a live person took the selfie). At today's prices that is ₦260 per applicant, paid from your wallet only for checks that complete. The face match compares the selfie with the photo on the ID card the applicant uploads, because the NIN lookup does not return a photo. We say so in the product, so you know what the score does and does not prove.
Everything is on one screen.
Applicants are never lost. If your wallet cannot cover their checks when they submit, their information is kept, they are told it was received, and you get an email with a button to fund your wallet. The checks run automatically as soon as the money is there.
ID numbers are encrypted. Pictures are shown only to you, through links that work for two minutes. Consent is recorded with the wording the applicant agreed to. You choose how long data is kept, it is deleted after that, and you can delete an applicant's data on request.
No. They open the link in their phone's browser, including the one inside WhatsApp, and finish in about three minutes.
Phone, ID card reading, face match, liveness and address checks work in every country we serve. The NIN, BVN and bank account checks depend on Nigerian records and are Nigeria only.
You pay the normal price of each completed check, for example NIN ₦100, face match ₦80 and liveness ₦80. Applicants never pay. Test mode is free.
Yes. Test mode gives sample results, takes no money and makes no real checks. The wizard has a live preview so you can go through it as an applicant.
No. It shows the selfie looks like the photo on the card the applicant uploaded. Adding a liveness test shows a live person took it. For stronger assurance, add the NIN or BVN check.
