Delete your IdentifyOrg account

In the app

1. Open IdentifyOrg and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Enter your password (if you have one), type DELETE and confirm.

What is removed

Your sign-in, name, email, phone number and picture; your API keys; verified domains; support tickets; short links; meetings; WhatsApp numbers, chats and the information you gave the assistant; webhooks; and your Google or Apple link. Website audits and AI checks you ran are kept without your name.

What we keep

Records of money movements and checks, such as top-ups, bill purchases and payments, stay in our books because the law and our audit duties require them. They are kept without your name, email or phone number.

Before you start

If there is still money in your balance or in your collected payments, spend it or withdraw it first. We cannot delete an account that still holds money, so that it is not lost.
