Most small businesses write receipts by hand or retype the same invoice in a word processor. Message IdentifyOrg on WhatsApp instead. Write to us the way you would to a friend, in English or Pidgin: who it is for, what they bought, how they paid. We read it back, ask only for what is missing, add up the total (discount, VAT and balance included), and send back a numbered PDF with your business name, logo and bank details. Forward it to your client in the same app. Each document has a QR code and a verification page, so your client can check it is real. You can make the same documents from your dashboard.

Create a free account, open Receipts & invoices in your dashboard, and either make one from the form or link your WhatsApp and chat with us. Fund your wallet first: each document is paid from it.
You pay only when a document is created and sent to you. If we cannot make or send it, you are not charged. If your wallet is short, the chat keeps what you typed, shows your balance and a link to fund it, and you reply continue to finish. The price is shown in your own currency when you are signed in.
When the test convinces you, the developer section shows exactly how to connect it: the endpoint, the request and response, SDKs for your language and webhooks.
A receipt or an invoice costs the price shown above, only when it is created. There is no monthly fee. Admins can change the price, and signed-in customers see it in their own currency.
No. Write the way you normally talk, in English or Pidgin, for example "abeg I wan do receipt for person wey buy from me". We understand common spelling mistakes too. If we are not sure, we ask one short question. Nothing is created or charged until you reply YES.
Yes. Documents are paid from your IdentifyOrg wallet, so we need to know who is writing. Sign up free, then link your WhatsApp number with a short code from your dashboard. Until your number is linked, we create nothing and charge nothing.
We keep everything you typed, tell you your balance and send a link to fund it. Reply continue after you top up and we finish the document. Nothing is charged until it is created.
You are not charged. If we charged and then could not make or send it, the money is returned to your wallet automatically.
Yes. Pick from eight styles with your own accent colour and logo, on WhatsApp (say change style) or in your dashboard under Styles. Yes. Your bank account name, number and bank are on every invoice. Add your logo in the dashboard under Receipts & invoices, Business details.
Yes. Each document has a QR code and a link. The page confirms that IdentifyOrg issued it and shows only the business name, document number, date and total.
Any country. Use a local phone number and choose your currency (naira, cedi, shilling, rand, dollar and more) in your business details. Your wallet is topped up and charged in naira.
Yes. The dashboard has the same form, uses the same price, and also lists every document with download, resend on WhatsApp and delete.
