Ghana mobile numbers are written locally as 024 123 4567 and internationally as +233241234567. The leading 0 is a national prefix: we drop it when we add +233, so local-format numbers work if you also send the country.

Topping up your balance

Card payments and mobile money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) in GHS, converted to your naira balance at the rate shown when you pay. Provider availability is set per country, and cards in US dollars are the fallback where a local-currency option is not open yet.

Data protection

Personal data in Ghana is governed by the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Phone verification stores only a salted hash of each code; check your own obligations as the data controller.
