Hold a video meeting with a code

1. Open Meetings and press Start a meeting. Give it a name.
2. Share the code or the link. Guests choose a name and join from a phone or computer. They do not need an account.
3. In the room you can mute yourself, switch your camera, share your screen and see who is there.

Host controls

• Mute one person or everyone, remove someone, or block them from coming back.
• Lock the meeting, or turn on approval so you let each guest in.
• Anyone can leave at any time.

Recording and transcripts

Some plans let the host record the meeting and keep a written transcript with who said what, minutes and translations. When a meeting is being recorded, everyone is told and must agree to stay. Anyone who does not agree can leave, and their camera and microphone stay off until they answer. Past meetings, with their transcripts and recordings, are under Past meetings in your dashboard.
