Banks and microfinance
Screen new customers and beneficiaries before an account is opened or a payment is released.
Check a person or a company in seconds and keep a dated record of the result.
Banks, fintechs, lenders, marketplaces and payment companies are expected to know they are not dealing with a sanctioned person or company. IdentifyOrg AML compliance screening checks a name against the sanctions lists published by the United Nations Security Council, the US Treasury (OFAC), the European Union and the United Kingdom. It recognises alternative spellings, different name order and known aliases, and it uses a birth year and country to confirm a finding or rule out someone who simply shares the name. Every result shows what was found, why, and the date the lists were last updated, so you have a record for your auditors. Use it from your dashboard for one name, or from the API inside your onboarding and payout flows. You pay a small fee per check, and nothing if the check could not be completed.

The sanctions lists of the United Nations Security Council, the US Treasury (OFAC), the European Union and the United Kingdom.
They are updated every day, and each result shows the date.
Many people share names. Add a birth year and country to confirm a finding or rule it out. A match is a prompt for a person to confirm, not a verdict.
It means nothing was found on these lists. Your own judgement and rules still apply. This is a screening aid: a match means a name (and birth year, when given) agrees with a finding and a person should confirm it, and a clear result means nothing was found by the checks described on this page. It is not a legal determination.
Yes, choose Company. For a full business check with the company's register entry and directors, use Business (KYB) screening.
You get an error and you are not charged.
IdentifyOrg provides screening information and tools. Your compliance team or regulator decides what is required of you, and what to do with a finding.
