Verify an address with the map, a location check and a bill

Addresses in Nigeria are hard to prove. Address Verification uses three signals and adds them into one score from 0 to 100.

• The map: is the address a real place, and how exactly can it be pinned down? (up to 40 points)
• The person's phone: were they actually at that place? (up to 40 points)
• A document: does a utility bill or bank statement show the same address and name? (up to 20 points)

Running a check

1. Send the address and the person's name to POST /v1/verify/address.
2. You get back a link in confirm_url. Send it to the person.
3. They open it on their phone while at the address and press one button to share their location.
4. Optionally upload a bill with POST /v1/verify/address/{id}/document, or send the phone's coordinates yourself from a mobile app.
5. Read the result: verified from 70, review from 40, otherwise failed. The reasons are listed with it.

Treat location as one signal, not proof. A phone location can be faked, which is why the map and the document are part of the score.
