My electricity token did not show

1. After a successful prepaid payment the token appears on the success screen. Copy it straight away.
2. Open Usage and Billing and find the payment. Its receipt carries the same token.
3. Check you chose the right meter type. A prepaid token will not work on a postpaid meter.
4. Enter the token on the meter exactly as shown, including the groups of digits.

If you paid, the payment shows as successful, and there is no token, do not pay again. Contact us with the meter number and the time of the payment, and we will trace it.
