Reach your own PC from anywhere, without anyone clicking Allow

Say your computer is at home in Nigeria, always on and online, and you are in the UK. Anytime access lets you connect to it yourself, with nobody at the computer to click Allow. You give your consent once, at the computer, and keep full control afterwards.

Set it up (once, at the computer)

1. Install the IdentifyOrg Remote app on the computer and sign in with your IdentifyOrg account.
2. Tick Anytime access. You can tick it on the sign-in card, or later on the main screen of the app.
3. Leave the computer on, connected to the internet and signed in to Windows or macOS. The app starts by itself when you sign in.

Connect from anywhere

1. Sign in to your dashboard (or the IdentifyOrg phone app) and open Remote access.
2. Your computer shows as online. Press Connect. It opens straight away, with no one to click Allow.

Staying in control

• Only sessions started from your own account are let in. Anyone else still needs someone at the computer to click Allow.
• A red bar shows on the computer's screen whenever someone is connected.
• In your dashboard you can pause Anytime access for any computer and turn it back on. Turning it off in the app on the computer withdraws your consent: it must be ticked there again.
• If you lose your phone or think someone has your password, change your password and remove the computer from your dashboard; it signs out at once.

The computer must be awake and signed in. If it restarts and waits at the sign-in screen, the app is not running yet and the computer shows as offline until someone signs in. Turn off sleep in the computer's power settings, and on a Mac keep it plugged in.
