Share documents and files during a meeting (Enterprise)

On the Enterprise Meetings plan, anyone in the meeting can share documents and files with the others while the call is on. The files go straight between the people in the call. We do not keep a copy: when the meeting ends, or you leave, they are gone.

Share a file

1. Open Chat in the meeting.
2. Press the paperclip next to the message box and pick one or more files. A bar shows how far each has gone.
3. Everyone who is in the meeting at that moment gets it as a message in the chat, with a Download button.

Get a file

1. When someone shares a file, Chat shows a new-message number. Open Chat.
2. Press Download next to the file. Download what you need before you leave, because it cannot be fetched again afterwards.

Good to know

• Only people in the meeting right now receive a file. Someone who joins later does not get files sent earlier: send it again for them.
• Each file can be up to 100 MB. Programs (such as .exe, .msi, .bat) cannot be shared, to keep everyone safe. Only open files from people you trust.
• Nothing is saved on our servers, so there is no history of shared files. If you need a record, keep your own copy.
