How to top up your balance

1. Open your dashboard and press Top up next to your balance.
2. Enter the amount in naira and choose card or bank transfer.
3. Follow the payment page. When it finishes you are brought back and your balance updates.

If your balance did not change

• Wait two minutes and refresh. Some banks confirm a transfer a little late, and we check for waiting payments every minute.
• Open Usage and Billing and look for the top-up in your transactions. If it is there, your balance is updated and the page just needs a refresh.
• If your bank took the money and nothing shows after ten minutes, send us the payment reference from your bank alert through Support, or message us on WhatsApp. We trace it and credit it.

Pay only through the payment page you reach from your dashboard. We never ask you to send money to a personal account.
