Paste one line of code into your site and chat with visitors from your dashboard or the app. Our assistant can answer from the information you give it.
Open Website Live Chat and press to add a site. Enter its name and the website address it will run on.
Open the Install tab, copy the line of code, and paste it into your website just before the closing body tag. If you use a website builder, look for a place to add custom code to every page.
Open the Look and AI tab to set the colour, title, welcome message and picture. Add information about your business so the assistant can answer questions, and choose whether it should answer at all.
When someone visits, you see them under Visitors now, and you are notified by email (and in the app). Open the Chats tab to reply in real time. Once you reply, the assistant stops answering that chat.
Before a visitor writes, they are told the chat is saved so you can answer them and check quality (and that an AI assistant may read it), and they must agree. Mention live chat in your own privacy policy.
The Statistics tab shows page views per day, your busiest days, weekdays and hours, your top pages and a summary of chats. Tick the box in the Look and AI tab to get that summary by email at the end of every month.
