Polls, the AI helper and the chat in a meeting

The meeting chat does more than send text. The host can run live polls, people can ask an AI helper about IdentifyOrg Meet, links open with a tap, and on Organization and Enterprise plans the chat is kept after the meeting. It works the same in the browser and in the IdentifyOrg app.

Run a poll

1. As the host, open the poll button in the bar at the bottom (on a phone: More, then Poll, or the chart icon at the top of the app).
2. Write your question and between 2 and 6 options, then press Start the poll.
3. Everyone sees the poll in the chat and as a card on the meeting screen. They tap an option to vote, and can change their vote while the poll is open.
4. The bars and the numbers move as each vote comes in. You also see who voted for what. Press Close poll when you have enough votes.

Ask the AI helper

• Write @identifyorgai in the chat, followed by your question. For example: @identifyorgai how do I control a PC from this meeting?
• The answer appears in the chat for everyone, with the name of the person who asked.
• The helper knows about IdentifyOrg Meet and its plans. It is on the Organization and Enterprise plans. On the Individual plan it replies with how to upgrade.

Links and the chat after the meeting

• A web address in the chat is a link: tap or click it and it opens in a new tab.
• On Organization and Enterprise plans the chat text is saved. Open Past meetings, choose the meeting, and read or download the chat.
• Files shared in the chat are never saved. They exist only in the browsers of the people in the meeting and are gone when it ends.
• The file you sent yourself stays clickable for you, so you can open or download it again during the meeting.
