Choose and pay for a WhatsApp plan (monthly)

A WhatsApp plan is paid monthly from your wallet. There is a free 7-day trial to try everything first, and a pay-per-reply option if you do not want a monthly fee.

Subscribe in four steps

1. Top up your wallet first, because the plan fee is taken from it. Open Wallet, choose Top up and pay.
2. Open WhatsApp in the menu, then the Plan tab.
3. To try it free, press the free trial button (7 days, 100 messages, every feature, once per account). To pay monthly, press the button on the plan you want (it says Choose, with the plan name).
4. The fee leaves your wallet and the plan starts at once for 30 days. The top of the Plan tab shows your balance, your plan and the day it renews.

The plans

• Starter: ₦10,000 a month. 1 number, 1,000 customer messages. The assistant and keyword replies, but no website connection.
• Growth: ₦25,000 a month. 2 numbers, 4,000 messages. Connect your own website, and send one-time codes and updates from it.
• Business: ₦60,000 a month. 5 numbers, 15,000 messages. Also sends images and documents, and 48 hours to reply.
• Scale: ₦120,000 a month. 10 numbers, 50,000 messages, 72 hours to reply, priority chat support.
• Enterprise: ₦200,000 a month. 25 numbers, 150,000 messages, with a dedicated contact.
• Pay per reply: no monthly fee. Each reply is taken from your wallet (₦10 with the AI on, ₦5 with it off).

The Plan tab always shows today's prices and what each plan includes. Check it before you choose.

Each month

• The plan renews itself every 30 days from the day you subscribed, taking the fee from your wallet. Keep enough in your wallet on that day.
• If the wallet is short, you have 3 days to top up before the plan ends.
• When the messages in your plan run out, automatic answers pause until it renews or you upgrade. Messages from customers are still saved in Chats.

Change or stop

• Upgrade: press Upgrade on a bigger plan. It starts straight away and you pay only the difference for the days left.
• Move to a smaller plan: press the button on it. It takes effect at the next renewal, and you keep what you have until then. If you have more numbers than the smaller plan allows, remove some first.
• Stop renewing: press Stop auto-renewing under your current plan. It keeps working until the 30 days end, then stops.
