Tell it what you sell, your hours and delivery, add your website and documents, set keyword replies, and take over any chat.
The assistant only answers from what you give it, so a few minutes here makes a big difference. Open WhatsApp, choose your number and work through the tabs below.
1. Business info
- Write what you sell, your prices, opening hours, delivery areas and how people can reach you.
- Choose how you like to talk (friendly, formal) and the language.
- Add a greeting and a hand-over message, which is what customers read when the chat is passed to you.
- Add common questions and answers (for example: Do you deliver to Abuja? Yes, in two days).
2. Train the AI (more depth)
- Read my website: give your website address and we learn from your public pages.
- Upload a document: a PDF, Word file, text or CSV up to 8 MB, such as a price list, menu, brochure or policy.
- Paste text: give it a title and paste anything else, like your delivery and refund rules.
When a customer asks something, the assistant looks through everything you taught it and answers from that. If the answer is not there it says so and offers to pass the chat to you, instead of guessing. Some plans include more training pages than others: the Plan tab shows your limit.
3. Starter words (keywords)
Decide what happens when a customer sends a particular word, like hours, location or order. The assistant can send a fixed reply, or, on plans that connect a website, hand the chat to your website. A fixed reply is perfect for things that never change, like your address.
4. Test it
- Message your business number from another phone and ask five real questions your customers ask.
- If an answer is wrong or missing, add it to Business info or paste it under Train the AI.
- Repeat until it answers the way you would.
Stay in control
- Open the Chats tab to read every conversation.
- Reply yourself at any time. The assistant steps back on that chat, and you can let it take over again.
- Pause the assistant under Settings if you need to.
- Insights shows what customers ask most, so you know what to teach it next.
