WhatsApp assistant: start here and choose your way

The WhatsApp assistant works on the number you already use for your business. It answers your customers' questions day and night, takes their orders, sends them a payment link, and tells you when someone has paid. You stay in control: you can read every chat, answer yourself at any time, and pause it.

What it can do for you

• Answer questions about your business, prices, hours and delivery, in your own tone, from what you teach it.
• Take orders in the chat: the customer asks for the menu, chooses items, confirms, gives an address and gets a secure payment link.
• Collect the payment by card, bank transfer or USSD, and send the customer a receipt and a delivery code.
• Tell you when an order is paid (a message in your dashboard and an email), and show every order in your dashboard so you can pack and send it.
• Hand the chat to you when a customer asks for a person.

Choose your way

Way 1: use our system. You do not need a website. You keep your products in our system, teach the assistant about your business, and we take the orders and the payments. This is the quickest way and the right one for anyone who sells on WhatsApp, Instagram or from a shop.

Way 2: connect your own website. You already have a website or shop system. Keep it, and connect it to the same WhatsApp number. Customers' messages and orders can go to your website, your website can keep its own product list, and you can still let us take the payments.
