Withdraw your money to your bank, and refund a customer

Withdrawing

1. Open Take Payments and save your payout bank account once. We check the account name with the bank.
2. See your Available balance. Money from recent payments is still settling and is not available yet; the page shows how long.
3. Enter an amount up to what is available and request the withdrawal.
4. You are told when it reaches your bank. If it fails, the money returns to your available balance.

Refunding a customer

1. Find the payment in your list and press Refund.
2. Refund all of it or part of it, and say why.
3. The refunded amount leaves your balance and goes back to the customer.

A refund leaves your available balance, so make sure there is enough in it before you promise one.
